How to create a new account from Toshiba:

1. Windows xp:

　1.1 In classic view: Control Panel-User Accounts-Create a new account

　1.2 Enter the user name

　1.3 Select Account type

　1.4 Account information can be modified

2. Windows Vista:

　2.1 In classic view, Control Panel-User Accounts -Manage other accounts

　2.2. Create a new account

　2.3 Enter the new user name and select the user type, and then select Create Account
